Joby is extremely knowledgeable and a great communicator. He is an expert at identifying concerns and conveying the needed information to his clients in a digestible way. As a Realtor, I’ve worked with Joby and Checkpoint Property Inspections dozens of times. Joby is extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He has a great way of explaining all he sees to the homebuyer and making sure they understand everything he’s showing them. I recommend Checkpoint to all my buyer clients because I know they’ll get a great deal of information and they will feel confident that they have learned most everything they need to know about their new home. 5 stars all the way!!!!

Joby is extremely professional and thorough with home inspections. He's incredibly passionate about his job, which shows in the quality and care he puts into his work. Joby helped us twice with home buying and both times he was above and beyond what we've experienced with other home inspectors. We would highly recommend Checkpoint Property Inspections. Joby was a very professional and very thorough inspector! He answered all of our questions and went over every detail with us. His experience and knowledge was invaluable with helping us to make a sound decision on the house we were interested in! We would most definitely use this company/inspector again!
